Utilities & Services

The following utilities and services are provided to our community.

-Trash Collection 

Trash is collected via trash chutes located on each floor.

-Water and Sewer 

Water service is provided to our landscaping and outdoor common areas to keep them thriving and to our Co-Working space and exercise room.

Water to each Unit is measured and billed through a service monthly.  The bill is combined with the electric bill.

-Electricity

We provide electricity for amenities such as our co-working spaces, exercise room and amenity deck so that they’re always ready for our homeowners to enjoy.

Electricity to each Unit is measured and billed through a service monthly.  The bill is combined with the water bill.

-Internet, Telephone & TV

Several providers in our area offer a variety of options for reliable, high-speed internet, telephone and cable services. The building is wired for Google Fiber and AT&T.  We encourage you to evaluate each of these options to find the service that’s right for you.
